The office report was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 11th August, 2016 when the following order was passed:-

"Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to file the proof of paper publication within four weeks in both matters. However, Mr. Varun K. Chopra, Ld. Counsel undertakes to appear for the sole respondent in SLP (C) No. 10423/15. He seeks and is given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama and the four weeks tiime to file the counter affidavit. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve the copy of pleading to the said respondent within one week after filing the vakalatnama. List the matter again on 23.09.2016."

It is submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of publication alongwith proof of publication in respect of sole respondent in both the matters so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Varun K. Chopra, Advocate who has appeared before the Ld. Registrar Court on 11th August, 2016, has not filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of sole respondent in S.L.P. (C) No. 10423 of 2015 so far.

The Office Report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court.
