UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Despite due service on respondent nos.3 to 7, 9 and 10, there is no appearance.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent nos.1 and 2.

However, Mr. Gourave Kumar Agarwal, Ld. AOR submits that he shall file vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 7 during the course of the day. Upon filing vakalatnama, four weeks time, is granted to Mr. Gourave Kumar Agarwal, Ld. Counsel to file counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 to 7 submits that respondent no.8 has expired.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner, to take fresh steps to issue notice to respondent no.11 and also for taking appropriate steps in respect of respondent no.8 who has expired.

List again on 25.07.2024.
