Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also learned Additional Advocate General for the respondent-State and perused the petition papers.

dated 06.04.2023, had granted the benefit of bail. In that view, in the instant fact also we direct that the petitioner be released on bail subject to appropriate conditions being imposed by the trial court.
