O R D E R

Await service in respect of all unserved respondents.

However, upon perusal of the Office Report it is found that despite order dated 24.11.2022 of the Registrar Court stating therein that the Registry to issue notice with utmost dispatch, process was issued as late as, on 21.12.2022, though, there are directions of the Hon'ble Court to list the matter returnable in four weeks vide Order dated 12.09.2022. Accordingly, Registry to explain the same and verify the current status of process so issued.

In the meanwhile, four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to all appearing respondents to file counter affidavit, if not filed.

List again on 16.01.2023.
