The matter above mentioned has been filed by Mr.Sanjay Jain Advocate on behalf of the Petitioner against the Judgment and Order dated 08.07.2013 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in Criminal Appeal No. D371DB of 2012.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 298 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and the Special Leave Petition is accompanied with an application for condonation of delay in filing the same.

It is further submitted that Criminal Appeal No. 1136 of 2014 arsisng out of Special Leave Petition(Crl.) No 4050 of 2014 arising out of common order is pending for hearing before the Hon'ble Court. A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 02.05.2014 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The matter above mentioned alongwith application is therefore listed before Hon'ble Court with this office report.
