It is submitted that an application for exemption from surrendering (Crl. Misc. Petition No. 3971 of 2015) was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 13th March, 2015 when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order :

"As prayed, list after a week in order to enable the petitioner to deposit the total amount ordered by the Court. Till then for a period of one month the petitioner shall not be arrested."

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed proof of surrender alongwith an application for bail in the form of paper books. The said application has been registered as

It is submitted that an application for exemption from surrendering (Crl. Misc. Petition No. 4066 of 2015) was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 23rd March, 2015 when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order :

"Crl.M.P. No. 4066 of 2015 for exemption from surrendering is allowed."

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
