UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. It is stated by the learned senior counsel/counsel for the respondents that the term of the disputed selected trustees is already over on 23.02.2024. The learned senior counsel, Mr. A. Sirajudeen for the petitioners is not in a position to dispute the said submission.
2. Under the circumstances, nothing survives in the present proceedings. The Special Leave Petitions are dismissed.
3. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
4. It is needless to say that a fresh election process shall be carried out in accordance with the law.
