1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated across the Bar that limited notice was issued as directed by this Court. With respect to service it is submitted that the respondents who are unserved are not required to be served, at the risk and cost of the petitioner. We take that statement on record.

2. List the matter for hearing after two weeks.

3. Respondent No.1 is ready to pay the amount of Rs.29,000/- along with interest whatever is fixed by this Court.
