A perusal of the record indicates that on 24.7.2013 the learned counsel for the respondent, Mr. V. Ramasubramanian has moved an application for disposal of the petition itself on the ground that the sole petitioner has expired and there are no legal representatives and cause of action does not lie.
Registry to process the application for being placed before the Hon'ble Court for necessary orders/directions. It is only after the adjudication of this application that further steps in the matter are required to be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner till then the matter is kept in abeyance.
