UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

As per order dated 30th January, 2013 steps against unserved respondents were being taken on furnishing the fresh and complete addresses as they were not found on the given addresses. On the last date also learned counsel for the petitioner has undertaken to take necessary steps. It appears that the requisite process fee in respect of unserved respondents has been filed without furnishing fresh addresses and address of District Court. Necessary steps taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner. On compliance notice be issued forthwith through the concerned District Court in addition to the Postal Service. List on 1.7.2013.
