1 Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant has adverted to the fact that the Bench presided over by Hon'ble Mr Justice Sanjiv Khanna has reserved judgment on 1 March 2023 in Civil Appeal Nos 8527-29 of 2009 involving a similar question regarding the interpretation of Rule 3 of the Electricity Rules 2005 read with the relevant provisions of the Electricity Act 2003.
