UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Delay condoned.

2. Mr.Tushar Mehta, learned Additional Solicitor General states, that the present controversy is covered by the judgment of this Court in C.A.Nos.7261-7262 of 2015 and other connected matters, decided on 17.09.2015. As such, it is submitted, that the issues raised in these petitions being more or less identical with the issues raised and considered by this Court in its above judgment, the present petitions be disposed of in the same terms.

3. Following the submissions made aforestated, all the special leave petitions are disposed of in the same terms, observations, conditions and directions, as the order dated 17.09.2015, referred to above.

4. If the respondents are aggrieved by this order, they are at liberty to approach this Court by filing an application so that the matters can be reconsidered.

5. All other pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
