The matters above mentioned have been filed on 23rd February, 2016 against the final Judgment and order dated 15th October, 2014 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in W. P. Nos. 34276, 14865 and 24783 of 2007.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed application for permission to file Special Leave Petition alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing the Special Leave Petition, which is barred by time by 406 days.

It is further submitted that Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, counsel for the petitioner has on 1st March, 2016 filed an application seeking to place on record additional documents alongwith affidavit with Annexures P-12 to P-21 from filing official translation, but cannot be registered as permission to file Special Leave Petition is pending before Court. Copy of the same is circulated herewith.
