Mr. Sanjiv Sen, learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi undertakes to cull out common issues involved and also to give a preliminary blue print of the facilities available at Gazipur Slaughter House in comparison to the facilities available at Idgah. 4

In view of the peculiarity of the situation, we will not stay the direction issued by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi on 3.10.2009 to shift the slaughtering of sheep and goat, sheep and goat live stock market and slaughtering of buffalo from Idgah Slaughter House to Gazipur Slaughter House premises. Insofar as the direction to shift the live stock market of buffalo from Idgah to Gazipur is concerned, there shall be a status quo till next Wednesday i.e. 4.11.2009.
