-3- UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R I.A. No. 31
On the previous date of hearing i.e. on 8.4.2005 in I.A. Nos. 26,29 and 30 in C.A.No.
3769/1996 a bench of this Court passed the following order:
" The applicant in these applications is directed to file a proper represen tation to the MCD and if no action is taken by the MCD,liberty is granted to the applicant to approach this Cour t."
As per this order the applicants were required to file representations with the MCD and the
MCD was supposed to have decided the said representations. The present I.A. No.31 has been filed by
Gulzar Ahmed stating therein that in spite of the directions issued by this Court and the
representation filed by him, the illegal salting and slaughtering in the unlicensed premises have not
been stopped. The applicant cited the instance of two unlicensed pre mises Nos. T-250 and 6329
Quresh Nagar, Sadar Bazar, Delhi- 110006.
Counsel appearing for the MCD states that no representatio n has been received in their
office. The applicant in the present case has attached a copy of the representation which has been filed
by him with the MCD. We direct counsel for the MCD to take notice of I.A.No.31 and adjourn this
matter by four weeks. In the meantime MCD should decide the representation of Gulzar Ahmed, w hich
has been attached with I.A.No.31, in accordance with law and file an affidavit to that effec t along with
the order passed.
I.A.No.32
Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the applicant is at liberty to move an
appropriate application in the appropriate matter.
