UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The instant order be read, in continuation of the motion Bench order passed by this Court on 23.02.2017. 2. We are informed by the learned counsel representing the UPSIDC, that a cheque in the sum of Rs.3,07,30,871/- (Rupees three crores, seven lacs, thirty thousand, eight hundred and seventy one only), was issued in the name of the East Delhi Municipal Corporation, on 27.02.2017. Learned counsel representing the East 2 Delhi Municipal Corporation acknowledges the receipt and encashment of the above cheque. 3. The only issue, that remains to be adjudicated upon, is the compounding of interest, which is liable to be paid by the UPSIDC to the East Delhi Municipal Corporation. Before we can deal with the above issue, it is imperative for us to seek information from the UPSIDC, with respect to the transfer of the land, for which the refund has now been made, to third parties. Details thereof, including the consideration received in lieu of the allotment of the entire land in question, shall be furnished to this Court, by way of an affidavit, within two weeks from today. 4.
