No. 6915 of 2015, Respondent No. 2 in C.A. No. 6916 of 2015 and Respondent No.1 in C.A. No. 6918 of 2015 vide this Court's Order dated 20.07.2015. The remaining Respondents in all the matters are represented through Mr. Amlan Kumar Ghosh, Advocate.
• (b) Original record in the appeal has not been requisitioned by this Hon'ble Court vide 08.12.2014.
• (c) Not applicable.
• (d) Not applicable.
• (e) No application for substitution is pending.
• (f) Counsel for Appellant as well as Respondents have not filed Statement of Case despite this Registry's letter dated 06.05.2016. In terms of Rule 32, Sub Rule-2 of S.C.R. 2013, it is presumed that the appellant has adopted the list of dates/synopsis containing chronology of events as filed at the time of presentation of petition for seeking special leave to appeal (SLP)/Appeal, as statement of case, and does not desire to file any further statement of case. If the Respondent has not filed statement of case within the stipulated time as provided in Sub Rule-1 of S.C.R. 2013, it is presumed that the respondent does not desire to lodge statement of case in the appeal.
