This Transfer Petition under Section 25 of the
Code of Civil Procedure has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of F.C. (Civil) Case No. 317 of 2014 titled as Sandeep Gupta versus Kanchan Gupta, pending before the Principal Judge No.1, Family Court, Kamrup at Guwahati, Assam to the competent Court at Howrah, West Bengal.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
We have perused the petition and also considered the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that 2-1/2 years old child is living with the petitioner-wife.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be just and proper to transfer F.C. (Civil) Case No. 317 of 2014 titled as Sandeep Gupta versus Kanchan Gupta, pending before the Principal Judge No. 1, Family
