1. This Transfer Petition is filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure read with Order XXXVI-B of the Supreme Court Rules, 1966, for transfer of M.J.Case No.A-2856 of 2013, titled as "Shri Puparamabil Jiju Shekharan Vs. Smt.Lisha Jiju" pending before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai to the competent family Court in the District Thrissur, Kerala.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the grounds urged in the transfer petition, we deem it appropriate to allow this transfer petition.
4. Accordingly, we order for transfer of M.J.Case No.A-2856 of 2013, titled as "Shri Puparamabil Jiju Shekharan Vs. Smt.Lisha Jiju" pending before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai to the competent family Court in the District Thrissur, Kerala.
