CC No. 15302/2016:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 13.10.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 2459 of 2015 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 140 days). The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 09.07.2016 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 43 days and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of Orders dated 10.09.2014, 12.09.2014, 27.05.2014 and relied upon judgments. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 'Nil' and the same has been placed at page No. 90 of SLP paper books.

CC No. 15305/2016:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 08.03.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New

Delhi in Writ Petition(C) No. 3572 of 2015 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 60 days) (regd. as I.A. No. 1) and application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (unregistered) and the same have been included in SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that these matters have been tagged with CC No. 14934/2016 as all are arising out of similar issue.

The matters alongwith application above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
