The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07.07.2014 with an Office Report dated 05.07.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue fresh notice to the unserved respondents, returnable on 29th August, 2014. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, in respect of the counter affidavit filed, may be filed within three weeks from today. List the matter on 29th August, 2014."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 31.07.2014 filed process fee and spare copies and accordingly, show cause notice was issued to unserved Respondent Nos. 4-6 on 02.08.2014 by Regd. A.D. Post. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 4-6 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 4-6 and the same is awaited.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed Rejoinder Affidavit in respect of Counter Affidavit already filed.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
