Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the deceased respondent No.1 in SLP(C) No. 10624/2013 and I.A. for deletion of respondent Nos (i)(b) and 1(g) in SLP(C) No. 10623/2013 which are defective.
