It is further submitted that respondent no. 10 may not be a necessary party and thus may be deleted in which IA No. 117025/2022 has been filed. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed. Let the name of respondent no 10 be deleted from the array of respondents. However, the same shall be at the risk of petitioners. Amended memo of cause title be filed within two weeks.
