Respondent Nos. 1 to 6, 16 and 17, have failed to file counter affidavit, within the period stipulated under the rules.

No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 7,11,12 and 14, despite due service of notice

Two weeks time is granted to file spare copies for issuance of notice upon Respondent Nos. 15.1 to 15.4.

Ld. counsel for the petitioners have filed spare copies and fresh particulars in respect of respondent Nos. 8 and 9, but failed to file the same in respect of respondent No. 13.
