It is submitted that Civil Appeal No. 3062 of 2015 @ Special Leave Petition(C)No.17999 of 2013 entitled "PRAMOD KUMAR -VERSUS- UNION OF INDIA & ORS" @ similar issue was listed alongwith connected matter before the Hon'ble Court on 17th March, 2015, when the Court was pleased to grant the Special Leave Petition and disposed of the appeal. (Copy of the signed order has been placed as Annexure P-13 at page nos. 207-209 in the Special Leave Petition paper books.)
