"Issue notice. In the meantime, there shall be stay on payment of gratuity for the period prior to 03.04.1997."

It is submitted that accordingly, notice was issued to respondent Nos. 1-4 by registered AD post. Mr. S. N. Terdal, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1. Mr. G. S. Makkar, Advocate has on 27.10.2016 filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1. Copy of the same has already been included in the SLP paper books. Service on other respondent Nos. 2-4 is deemed to be complete in view of order dated 05.04.2016 of Ld. Registrar Court but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service is complete.
