This Special Leave Petition has been filed by Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocate on 22nd February, 2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 27.01.2016 passed by the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in WA No. 1879 of 2015 which is within time.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No. 26218 of 2015 entitled SMEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA vs P. KRISHNA DAS & ORS arising out similar issue, arising out of similar issue, was disposed of by this Court on 22.09.2015. (Copy of the Signed order has been annexed as Annexure P9 at page Nos. 230234 in the SLP paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that WP(C) Nos. 448 of 2015 entitled P. KRISHAN DAS & ANR. vs UNION OF INDIA & ORS. Between cross parties , was dismissed by this Hon'ble Court on 23.07.2015 (Copy of the same has been annexed as Annexure P4 placed at page nos. 140162 of the SLP paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
