We have heard Mr. Shantanu Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that after filing of the contempt petition, the Union of India has appointed the retired officer viz., S.K. Sharma and others as an arbitrators. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication. The contempt petition is, accordingly, closed.
