UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

O R D E R

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention towards the Hon'ble Court's order dated 9.7.2021 and submitted that in the present matter, notice has been issued returnable in six weeks and that has already expired. Therefore, liberty of respondents to file counter affidavit may kindly be closed.

In terms of Office Order F.No.11/Judl./2019 dated 12.4.2019, in case where the Hon'ble Court has issued returnable notice and counter affidavit has not been filed at least one week before the returnable date, such matter Digitally signed by Indu Marwah Date: 2021.09.07 11:41:57 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

shall be listed before the Hon'ble Court through the next Advance List as soon as the service of notice is complete and counter affidavit has also been filed.

In view of the above, request of the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is not acceded to as the matter cannot be listed before the Hon'ble Court until and unless the pleadings are complete.

Respondent Nos.1 to 4 are granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for effecting service on respondent Nos.5 to 14 within two weeks.

List again on 21.10.2021.
