- 1 Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No 6765 of 2021 has been filed by the Eastern Coalfileds Limited. The Registry is requested to list the Special Leave Petition, together with the present Special Leave Petitions since it is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge of the Calcutta High Court which has been called into question in other Special Leave Petitions, which are pending before this Court.
