2 Since the protection which was granted to the petitioner (Anup Majee) in terms of paragraph 5 of the order dated 25 March 2021 is in operation until today (27 April 2021), the protection shall stand extended till the next date of listing on the same terms and conditions.

1 Application for permission to file the Special Leave Petition is declined. The petitioner, upon his arrest, had moved the Special Court for the grant of interim bail. Interim bail was granted, which is due to expire on 13 May 2021. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue the remedies which are available in law.
