Ld. Counsel for the petitioner pointed out that all the respondents in the present case have been served through registered post A.D.. Some of the A.Ds have been received Digitally signed by Indu Marwah Date: 2021.10.30 12:51:35 IST Reason:

back with the report and some of the A.Ds have not been received back. He submitted that if notice has been issued through registered post A.D. at the correct address of the respondents as mentioned in the petition, even if same is not received back, then there is a presumption that those respondents deemed to have been served.

In view of the submission made, Registry is directed to make a report in a Tabular form indicating which respondents have been served, from which respondents there is no response and to which respondents, notice was sent through registered post A.D.
