2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners draws this Court's attention to the order passed in the similar matter i.e. SLP (Civil) No.2146/2024, of a similar job contract employee.

3. Issue notice. The concerned respondent(s) may continue to receive the pension as fixed earlier. The direction given by the learned Single Judge shall remain stayed in the meantime.
