2. Heard Mr. Prakash Ranjan Nayak, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3. The counsel submits that computation of pension for the respondent by taking into account his job contract tenure is the subject matter of the present proceeding. Relief was granted without merit by the learned Single Judge for the employee but the Division Bench of the High Court has dismissed the Writ Appeal on the ground of delay without considering the merit of the Writ Appeal.
