Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, we are inclined to consider the impugned order as a notice to show cause,

and accordingly, request the High Court to proceed by treating it as a show cause notice. The personal presence of the alleged contemnor stands dispensed with. The High Court, after perusal of the show cause, if feels appropriate, may direct for personal presence of the alleged contemnor.

The special leave petition stands disposed of accordingly.

As a sequel to the above, pending interlocutory application also stands disposed of.
