Considering the issues raised in these Special Leave Petitions, we feel that it should be heard on a non-miscellaneous day. However, since it is reported that transactions are being carried on in spite of the order of stay granted by this Court on 8th May, 2014, it is imperative that hence forth no transaction shall be effected either by the Company or by any of its subsidiaries in respect of any of the immovable properties including capital asstes pending further orders.

List all these matters on 26th August, 2014 along with all the interlocutory applications.

It is submitted that Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate has on 26.07.2014 filed an Application for seeking urgent orders and directions (registered as I.A. No. 8) and the same has been placed with SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate has filed Contempt Petition (Regd. as Contempt Petition No. 375/2014) and the same is being circulated herewith.

The application and contempt petition in the matter above-mentioned are listed before Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
