It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate on 26.02.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 13.01.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No.5780 of 1992 (O & M) barred by time by 319 days along with the application for condonation of delay in filing SLP.
It is further submitted that in SLP (C) No. 5642 of 1994 Entitle Union of India Versus Nihar Singh referred to as Annexure P4, while granting leave, appeal (Civil Appeal No. 6883 of 1996) was allowed on 22.03.1996 by Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated 22.03.1996 is annexed as Annexure P4 at page nos. 101102 in the paper books).
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
