UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Dr. (Mrs.) Vipin Gupta,Advocate has filed a letter dated 30.7.2013 stating that on 22.7.2013 in inadvertently it is submitted that she proposes to appear for respondent No. 69 also. It has been clarified that there is a typographical error in array of parties which resulted in making such a submission. In the light of above, it is clarified for respondent the learned counsel appears only that respondents mentioned in the above letter excluding respondent No.69. Hence the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps against respondent Nos. 11,12, 16 and 69.
