Notice addressed to respondent Nos. 11,12,16 and 69 are returned unserved. The remaining respondents have been served. However, it is submitted that some of the respondents propose to appear through Dr.(Mrs.)Vipin Gupta and some of the respondents through advocate Mr.Aftab Ali Khan. Both the respondents have not been served with the copy of the pleadings.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve copy of the pleadings on both the respondents and file proof. The above respondents may file their counter affidavit within four weeks

thereafter. In the light of the submission made by the Ld.counsel for the respondent that he proposes to appear for respondent No.69 also, petitioner may take steps only in respect of respondent Nos. 11,12 and 16 in correct address.
