UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. In the order passed by this Court dated 13.04.2023, it has been recorded that the Union of India proposes to appoint a Committee under the Chairmanship of Director General of Health Services consisting of all the stake holders including the representatives of the States and the private medical colleges with a view to find solution to the concerned problem.

2. We are informed by the learned counsel appearing for the Union that the Committee is still working on it and is likely to file its report with appropriate recommendations within a period of three weeks from today.

3. Let these matters come up after three weeks.

4. If the Committee is in a position to prepare and file its report, the same shall be placed on record of this case.
