Heard learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners.
We see no reason to interfere with the impugned order.
However, considering the fact that the petitioners will have to make alternate arrangement to shift and hand over the vacant possession, the petitioners are granted time till 31.12.2023 subject to usual undertaking being filed in the Registry of this Court within three weeks from this date.
