The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20th August, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Mr. Balaji Srinivasan, Advocate today appears and submits that Advocate-on-Record of the appellants has passed away. He seeks four weeks' time for filing vakalatnama on behalf of the appellants. Post after four weeks. Needful be done in the meantime."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Mr. Balaji Srinivasan, Counsel for the Appellants has filed vakalatnama and apperance on behalf of Appellants.

Original record has been received from the High Court and the same is available for the ready reference of this Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Balaji. Srinivasan, Advocate has on 7th August, 2008 filed application for direction on behalf of Appellant which is registered as Interlocutory application No. 4 and copy of the same is already placed with Appeal Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Interlocutory Application No. 4 (Appeal for Direction) in the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19th August, 2013, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Let this interlocutory application come up for consideration along with the Appeal."

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report. Dated this, the 13th day of October, 2014.
