UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgments and orders passed by the High Court. The special leave petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.
Needless to state that the compensation, as per the directions issued by the learned Single Judge, shall be deposited in the accounts of the respondents concerned, within a period of eight weeks from today, failing which, the petitioners would be liable for contempt action.
