UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

These special leave petitions have been preferred by the petitioners against the common impugned order passed by the High Court of Bombay at Goa, cancelling the order of anticipatory bail Digitally signed by Suman Wadhwa Date: 2016.05.14 15:25:30 IST Reason:

granted in favour of the petitioners.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

None appears on behalf of the respondent-State.

This Court while issuing notice on 21.2.2014 directed the impugned orders to remain stayed.

Nothing has been brought on record that the petitioners have any way misconducted themselves or tried to create any kind of obstruction in the trial by intimidating or influencing the witnesses. Regard being had to the same, we are of the considered opinion that there is no justification for cancellation of their bail.

We order accordingly. However, it is directed that the petitioners shall report at the the concerned police station between 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on every Sunday till the disposal of the trial.

Accordingly, the special leave petitions stand disposed of.
