UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1 In response to a query of the Court, Mr P S Patwalia and Ms Kiran Suri, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, state that a chart shall be prepared indicating:

• (i) The number of persons who will have to be reverted in pursuance of the order of the Division Bench of the High Court; and
• (ii) The number of years of service left for these persons to retire.
• 2 Issue notice presently to the State of Tripura.
• 3 Service be effected on the Standing Counsel for the State of Tripura, in addition.
• 4 List the Special Leave Petitions on 23 July 2021.
• 5 In the meantime, till the next date of listing, the petitioners shall not be reverted in pursuance of the impugned judgment of the order of the Division Bench of the High Court of Tripura dated 1 February 2021.
