It is further submitted that there are 2 respondents in this appeal and respondent No.1 is represented by Mr. Rameshwar Pd. Goyal, Advocate and Respondent No.2 is represented by Mrs. Pragati Neekhra, Advocate respectively. Service of notice of lodgment petititon of appeal is complete.

It is lastly submitted that Counsel for the respondent No.1 has filed the statement of case but Counsel for the appellant and respondent no.2 have not filed the statement of case so far,List of dates has been filed at SLP stage hence civil appeal is ready for hearing as per latest amended SCR, 2013.

The application in the appeal above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber with this office report.
