it is further submitted that counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 has on 12.02.2015 filed common counter affidavit in both the matters and the same has been included in SLP(C) No. 3623-26/2014 paper books.
It is further submitted that counsel appearing for respondent No. 3 has not filed counter affidavit so far. Counsel appearing for respondent No. 4 has already filed counter affidavit and the same has been included in SLP paper books.
It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed rejoinder affidavit in both the matters so far.
