The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.09.2014
when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"Having heard learned senior counsel for the parties for some time, it is clear that the matters cannot be decided on a non-miscellaneous day. Accordingly, list the matters on 12th November, 2014 as first item. If it is necessary, proceedings thereafter to be consecutively scheduled.
Reply affidavit may be filed in I.As within three weeks. Rejoinder Affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter. List civil appeals along with all applications/contempt petitions on 12th November, 2014."
It is submitted that Mr. V.N. Raghupathy, Advocate for the Respondent has on 13.10.2014 filed an application for interim direction with application for exemption from filing official translation of annexures and the same has been found defective for the reasons that pages of the annexures have not been shown in the application and description of Annexures P-5 to P-11 has not been shown separately. The unregistered application has been placed with the paper books.
It is further submitted that no reply and rejoinder has been filed pursuant to the Court's Order dated 16.09.2014.
