It is brought to our notice that although number of appeals have been filed against the common judgment, I.A. No.13 has been filed only in Civil appeal No. 3303 of 1997. A large number of appellants represented through their individual advocates have voiced the concern that the aforesaid I.A., which will bind everybody, would be decided without having their view point on record. In order to avoid any further delay,
