"As per the request made in the letter circulated by the learned counsel appearing for Respodent Nos. 2 & 3 for adjournment of the matter for seeking instructions, the matter is adjourned.

List after four weeks. "

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that upon depositing a sum of Rs. 10,00,000/ (Rupees Ten Lakh) in this Registry as cost, Show Cause Notice was issued to all the seven respondents by Registered A.D. Post on 23.07.2015 vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 07.07.2015.

It is further submitted that Mr. Sudhir Kulshestrha, Advocate for respondent nos. 2 & 3 has not filed any documents despite Letter dated 14.08.2015 circulated for 17.08.2015.

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 & 4 to 7.

It is lastly submitted that the amount deposited by the petitioner is lying with the Registry in non interest bearing account.

The office report seeking directions to invest the aforesaid amount in F.D.R. in a Nationalized Bank is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report for orders.
